Description
This box is plenty for 2-3 people, containing 8 different vegetables which will change from week to week
The following gives you an idea of what it would contain in early March:
- Red Alouette potatoes – great for mash or roasting
- Carrots – to dip in houmous
- Cavolo Nero – delicious finely sliced, sautéed with some garlic and a little chilli
- Broccoli – try it with some thinly sliced anchovies
- Red pepper – great for snacks or in a vegetarian lasagne
- Chestnut mushrooms – how about trying a mushroom soup
- Brown onions – always useful
- Plum tomatoes – great for adding to a pasta sauce or a stew
