Offer available to new customers only, or anyone who has not been a customer within the last 6 months. Offer ends 31st August 2026.

Terms and Conditions for the Spring Offer

The offer is:

When a subscription is started, you will get the first box AND the fifth box free, subject to the following simple conditions:

* It applies to a maximum of two boxes in the same order.
* It only applies to new customers.
* The offer applies to all frequencies – weekly, two weekly and four weekly.
* The offer ends 15th May 2026
* The offer only applies to boxes (veg boxes, fruit boxes or combined boxes), it does not apply to extras such as bread or eggs.
* The fifth box will not be free if there are any order suspensions between the first and fifth boxes.

By subscribing to our weekly deliveries, you agree to Basil and Tom’s contacting you regarding deliveries and from time to time any special offers we think you may enjoy. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your data. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@basilandtoms.com or clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any e-mails you receive.

How frequently will I receive my box?

You can choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cancel your account. Click here to see how to do that delivery. We will keep delivering on that basis unless you ask us to pause or cancel your account.

Payments

We take payment for your delivery on the Monday of the week you are having a box. We won’t take payment when you first sign up, if say that’s a Wednesday.
When you first sign up we will save your payment card so you don’t need to pay each week. If your card is stolen or replaced please can you log in to your account to update the card details.

Pausing or cancelling your subscription

Deadline for ordering/changing your order:

Sign up, change, pause or cancel your order by ll pm each Sunday for the forthcoming week
When you sign up let us know where we can leave your box if you’re not in.
We’ll email you confirming your order is placed, advising your delivery day (between Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Please check your Junk folder if you haven’t received this email.
